Patches appears as a teen/young adult male with an average build. He has wavy bleached-white mid-length hair with tufts of black. His skin is pale and he has a port-wine stain birth mark on one eye and ear.

He has all the features you'd expect of a Loser. His hair is tied up in a short low ponytail. He wears an olive green coat over a brown turtleneck sweater and dark green pants.
