Nepheli is a cloudy substance that naturally forms in the upper atmosphere of the planet. This substance, once powered by Chillectricity, is capable of magic such as blessing the world with colors, oceans and cities, as well as supporting structures with its weightlessness, such as in the case of Chill Haven. Nepheli is what makes up the wings of Gods and allows them to fly, shoot lasers out of their eyes, transform the status of others, create Puppets, etc.

- Nepheli means "cloud", derived from the Greek Goddess of Peace, Nephele. It may also be derived from Nephteli, Hebrew for struggle.
