East Hella Mall is a shopping center located Down Town. It is home to Luna's Coffee Shop, The Shootin' Starcade, Nebuland, Build-A-Bot, Sun's Out Fun's Out, and many more. It is a common hang out spot for Cool Kids, hence all the shops and services catering the cooler kind. Losers often feel out of place here.
