Down Town is one of the three notable areas of Hella City. It's located southeast of Stick's Bridge on the lower tier of the city and is made up of skyscrapers and run-down apartments. Further West is Stick's Bridge and Sweet Skatepark (accessible via the shortcut through the parking lot) and further East are apartments. Many businesses like Steve's Skateshop operate out of Down Town and the local mall. Pizza Boy's Apartment and D&Daniel's Apartment are located in the Down Town area.
