Blondie was raised as a pretty typical Cool Kid, interested in relationships with Cool Kids and bullying Losers. Based on dialogue in the coffee shop scene of episode 14, G-Ma implies she'd drop her two grandchildren (she would lie and pretend Cody was her only grandchild) off at Blondie's, who presumably babysat them on account of their relationship with Juvie.
Personality and Traits[]
Blondie is a bit of a goofball. She's very sweet and loving towards Juvie and any of their friends, so long as they aren't vandalizing the apartment.

- Karen, Gretchen and Regina: Karen, Gretchen and Regina are Blondie's three friends. She's known them since college. Their names are a reference to the movie Mean Girls.
- Beverly: Beverly is Cody's guardian whom Blondie knows through Juvie. Blondie seems oblivious to her abusive nature, instead just noting that G-Ma seems lonely at times.
- Katy: Katy and Blondie used to be best friends.

- Juvie: Juvie is Jessica's kid. She loves them very much and gives them a lot of freedom.
- Jessica: Jessica is Juvie's dog. Blondie often takes her for walks.
